November is officially upon us and to say thank you to my loyal students, fans, and supporters, who have helped share the fun and health benefits of hoop dance I am hosting a FREE hula hoop dance class on Saturday, November 29th at 10 am. This class is open to the public so make sure you invite all of your friends. 
It’s okay if you can’t hoop (yet) – beginners are always welcome!
If you already have some hoop experience, you’ll still find the class beneficial as any technique can be adapted to your skill level. Plus, everyone loves the pre-class stretching and post-class meditation that is unique Lansing Hoops.
You’ll laugh, dance, and have a blast! But most of all, you’ll have so much fun you’ll forget you’re exercising!
