If you're in a hoop funk...or a life rut, there's one guaranteed way to move through it. And that is, to literally move! Moving and doing are two of the surest ways to find and build inspiration.
For the next 100 days, we will move our way into new beginnings and more clarity in mind and body, by hooping for at least 1 minute every day.
It's okay if you're tired, busy, or new to hooping. The point is not to master perfection, but to get up and move, even if you only have 1 minute to give.
