Doubles Intermediate

In this class I will share more complicated moves such as thread the needle, anti-spin flowers, the goddess machine, and other more challenging, but not too difficult doubles tricks. This is a good stretch class for anyone who has learned a few base doubles moves and is looking to push to the next level.
