Hooping is more than just a fun exercise! I have MS and developed drop foot last year, affecting my dance and my movements. My left foot is 99% recovered because I directed my focus on taking better care of myself. I continue to find new ways to move with and without the hoop! In this class I will share the ways I’ve been able to better manage symptoms and/or injuries. Also, to reduce the anxiety and frustration that has made me disconnect with my hoop in the past.
