Sustained Spinning – beginner to intermediate – maintaining control of the hoop and controlling your speed to become “one” with the hoop – working up to not getting (as) dizzy – making the hoop your “superhero cape” helps to visualize the trick and guide the hoop rather than letting the hoop guide you.
